The demo request and maturity assessment forms collect your name, work e-mail, company, role and a few details about your context (number of assets, entities, sources). We use them to prepare and organise the conversation you request, as pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Twelve months after our last exchange, then deletion. If a commercial relationship begins, the data moves to our customer management and follows its own retention periods.
Vulneo's sales team. Notification e-mails go through Brevo, a French provider hosted in the European Union. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no tracking cookie. No data is sold or passed on to other third parties.
